摘要
在水平井开采中,边水或底水水窜问题严重,为穏油控水,提高采收率,介绍了一种可应用于水平井选择性堵水的化学堵水剂DX-9,研究该堵剂体系的性能以及影响因素.结果表明,选择性堵水剂DX-9 具有固化时间可控、固化强度高且韧性强,最高突破压力梯度可达41.2 MPa/m,岩心封堵率可达 99.23%,能够满足延长油田水平井选择性堵水应用.
Abstract
In horizontal well production,edge water or bottom water channeling is a serious problem,in order to control water with stable oil and improve oil recovery,a chemical water shutoff agent DX-9,which can be used for selective water shutoff in horizontal wells,is introduced,the performance of the plugging agent system and the application of influencing factors are also studied.The results show that the selective water shutoff agent DX-9 has the advantages of controllable curing time,high curing strength and tough-ness,good injection performance and erosion resistance.The maximum breakthrough pressure gradient can reach 41.2 MPa/m,the core plugging rate can reach 99.23%,which can satisfy the selective water shut-off application of horizontal well in Yanchang oilfield.
