微电网生物质发电燃气净化与并离网智能控制研究

针对生物质中燃气含有H2 S、HCl等腐蚀性气体,容易腐蚀内燃发电机及管道系统,采用羟基氧化铁高硫容脱硫技术与复合层长寿命脱氯体系对生物质燃气进行净化;同时针对生物质微电网并离网切换过程中存在较大幅度功率不平衡导致的频率越限问题,提出了有功功率快速平衡智能响应策略。经研究,NH4 HCO3 制备的羟基氧化铁硫容可达到50%以上,硫化氢出口浓度<1 mg/L,经过复合床层脱氯,出口HCl<0。5 mg/L时,使用寿命达到30d 以上。同时,通过智能化分布式电源功率调节与负荷精确控制,实现孤岛发生时微电网内有功功率的快速平衡,使微电网内的频率波动控制在5%以内。
Research on intelligent control of gas purification and parallel offgrid for biomass power generation in microgrid
In response to the presence of corrosive gases such as H2 S and HCl in biomass gas,which can easily corrode internal combustion generators and pipeline systems,a study was conducted on the purifica-tion of biomass gas using hydroxyl iron oxide high sulfur capacity desulfurization technology and a com-posite layer long life dechlorination system;at the same time,an intelligent response strategy for rapid ac-tive power balance is proposed to address the frequency limit issue caused by significant power imbalance during the switching process of biomass microgrids and off the grid.After research,the sulfur capacity of hydroxyl iron oxide prepared with NH4 HCO3 can reach over 50%,and the outlet concentration of hydrogen sulfide is less than 1 mg/L.After dechlorination in a composite bed,the service life can reach over 30 d when the outlet HCl is less than0.5 mg/L.Simultaneously,through intelligent distributed power generation power regulation and precise load control,the rapid balance of active power within the microgrid during islanding can be achieved.It can control the frequency fluctuation within the microgrid within 5%.
