APG06与CTAB联合预处理改善污泥产酸及微生物特征

研究APG06 与CTAB联合预处理下污泥水解酸化、粒径削减及脂肪酸产生的效果,并结合微生物多样性和种群结构分析,初步阐明了联合预处理改善污泥水解酸化的作用机制.结果表明,APG06 与CTAB联合预处理可有效提升水解酸化效率,有效缩短产短链脂肪酸的时间,且对小粒径改善效果更佳,各实验组污泥的SCOD、蛋白质、多糖都在1h内达到下降峰值,可将TB-EPS降解为较小的溶解有机物,并转化为S-EPS.污泥经过预处理后可有效削减污泥粒径,提高了乙酸、丙酸及正戊酸的产量.随着APG06 用量的添加,反应体系不利于拟杆菌门的生长,有利于厚壁菌门的生长,这为中链脂肪酸的合成提供了环境基础,促进了SCFA的生成.
Studies on combined pretreatment of APG06 and CTAB to improve sludge acid production and microbial characteristics
By studying the effects of sludge hydrolysis acidification,particle size reduction and fatty acid production under the combined pretreatment of APG06 and CTAB,combined with the analysis of microor-ganism diversity and population structure,the mechanism of combined pretreatment to improve sludge hy-drolysis and acidification was preliminarily clarified.The results showed that combined pretreatment of APG06 and CTAB can effectively improve the hydrolysis and acidification efficiency,shorten the produc-tion time of short-chain fatty acids,and improve the effect of small particle size.The SCOD,protein and polysaccharide of sludge in each experimental group all reached the decrease peak within 1 h,and TB-EPS could be degraded into smaller dissolved organic matter and converted into S-EPS.The pretreatment of sludge can effectively reduce the size of sludge,and increase the yield of acetic acid,propionic acid and n-valerate acid.With the addition of APG06 dosage,the reaction system was not conducive to the growth of Bacteroidetes,but was conducive to the growth of Firmicutes,which provided the environmental basis for the synthesis of medium chain fatty acids and promoted the generation of SCFA.
