含煤污泥深度脱水技术研究进展

聚焦于煤化工行业中含煤污泥的脱水技术。随着技术进步,脱水方法正从传统技术转向结合多种技术的联合处理,旨在通过溶解胞外聚合物(EPS)来提高脱水效率。分析了含煤污泥的特性、处理难点,并指出未来研究需解决的关键问题:一是优化脱水技术的联合顺序和方法选择;二是明确联合深度脱水对污泥能源利用、资源回收及材料制造的影响;三是完善含煤污泥脱水工艺的多角度评价体系。建议采用生命周期评价(LCA)方法,对污泥处理的碳排放、环境影响和成本进行综合评估,以推动含煤污泥深度脱水技术的优化与推广。
Research progress of coal sludge deep dewatering technology
Focusing on dewatering technologies for coal-containing sludge in the coal chemical industry.With technological advances,dewatering methods are shifting from traditional techniques to combined treatments combining multiple techniques,aiming to improve dewatering efficiency by dissolving extracel-lular polymers(EPS).The article analyzes the characteristics of coal-containing sludge,treatment difficul-ties,and points out the key issues to be addressed in future research:first,optimizing the combined sequence of dewatering technologies and method selection;second,clarifying the impact of combined deep dewatering on sludge energy use,resource recovery,and material manufacturing;and third,perfecting the multifaceted evaluation system of coal-containing sludge dewatering processes.It is recommended to adopt the life cycle assessment(LCA)method to comprehensively evaluate the carbon emission,environmental impact and cost of sludge treatment,so as to promote the optimization and promotion of coal-containing sludge deep dewatering technology.
