硫自养反硝化深度处理城镇污水研究进展

摘要
系统介绍了硫自养反硝化的反应原理,包括微生物群落特性以及以nosZ、nirS、nirK为主的反硝化功能基因,详细阐述了强化硫自养反硝化技术的微生物常规填料的利用情况及新型填料的制备,并归纳了硫自养反硝化技术处理城镇污水的应用现状.未来研究可利用微生物生长特性进一步优化反应条件,强化硫自养反硝化脱氮效率,并开展新型生物填料的研发工作,为硫自养反硝化实际应用提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
The mechanisms of sulfur autotrophic denitrification were systematically introduced,including the characteristics of microbial community and the denitrification function genes,mainly nosZ,nirS and nirK genes.The utilization of conventional fillers for microorganism and the preparation of new fillers were also introduced.The application of sulfur autotrophic denitrification technology in urban sewage treatment was summarized.In the future,microbial growth characteristics can be used to further optimize the reaction conditions,enhance the efficiency of sulfur autotrophic denitrification,and carry out research and develop-ment of new biological fillers.It is aimed to provide reference for the practical application of sulfur auto-trophic denitrification.
