摘要
综述了冷冻法在海水淡化、废水处理、食品加工、药物浓缩等领域的研究进展.能源消耗、分离效率低是冷冻法存在的两个主要问题.单一冷冻过程分离效率不高.冷冻法与重力、离心、微波、浸泡等处理手段相结合,有利于提高冷冻分离效果.
Abstract
The research progress of freezing method in seawater desalination,wastewater treatment,food processing,drug concentration and other fields is reviewed.Energy consumption and low separation effi-ciency are the two main problems of freezing methods.The combination of freezing with gravity-induced melting,centrifugation,microwave treatment,soaking and other treatment methods can improve the effect of freezing separation.
