双酚A型苯酰亚胺溶解度测定及关联

用平衡法测定了273。15~353。15 K下双酚A型苯酰亚胺在不同溶剂中的溶解度。结果表明,随着温度的升高,苯酰亚胺溶解度增大,通过改进的Apelblat方程,λh方程和Wilson活度系数方程关联该物质的溶解度数据,相关系数分别不低于0。988 0,0。977 1,0。939 4,3 种模型均能较好地拟合苯酰亚胺的溶解度数据,对比几种模型的拟合结果,改进的Apelblat方程拟合效果最好,其中ARD≤6。18%,RSMD≤2。39,且R2≥0。988 0,为结晶过程的设计提供热力学依据。
Determination and correlation of solubility of bisphenol A type phthalimide in several solvents
The solubility of bisphenol A type phthalimide in different solvents at273.15~353.15 K was measured by equilibrium method.The results show that within a certain temperature range,the solubility increases with the increase of temperature.Through the improved Apelblat equation,λh equation and Wil-son activity coefficient equation,the experimental data of the solubility was correlated.And the correlation coefficients were not less than 0.988 0,0.977 1,and 0.939 4,respectively.The three models can corre-late the solubility data of imide in solvent better.Compared with the correlation results of the model,the improved Apelblat equation has the best correlation effect(ARD≤6.18%,RSMD≤2.39,and R2≥0.988 0),providing thermodynamics basis for the design of crystallization process.
