碳化法由磷石膏制备纳米CaCO3的工艺条件研究

以CaY沉淀为钙源,CO2 为碳化沉淀剂,由磷石膏制备纳米CaCO3.研究碳化沉淀反应工艺条件对纳米CaCO3 的粒径大小、粒度均匀性的影响.结果表明,碳化沉淀反应较适宜的复配晶形控制剂为 2.5%ZX+1%ZY;较适宜的碳化沉淀反应工艺条件为:复配晶形控制剂添加量3.5%,碳化反应温度15℃,CO2 流率400 mL/min.优化条件下所制备CaCO3 为方解石晶型,平均粒径约33 nm,粒度均匀,分散良好;并对复配晶形控制剂的可能作用机制进行了初步探讨.
Study on the carbonization condition for the preparation of nano-CaCO3 from phosphogypsum
The carbonization condition for the preparation of nano-CaCO3 from phosphogypsum was stud-ied.Using the as-obtained CaY from phosphogypsum as calcium source,and CO2 as carbonizing precipi-tant,taking the size and uniformity of CaCO3 particles as the main index.The result showed that 2.5%ZX+1%ZY was determined as the more appropriate complex crystal control agent,and the carbonization condition was optimized as:the addition of the complex crystal control agent 3.5%,reaction temperature 15℃and the CO2 flow rate 400 mL/min.The as-prepared sample is calcite CaCO3 with uniform particle size of about 33 nm in diameter and good dispersivity,under the optimized condition.The possible control-ling mechanism of the agent was preliminarily discussed.
