Preparation and performance study of a novel amphoteric ionic clay stabilizer
Using acrylamide(AM),dimethyldiallylammonium chloride(DMDAAC),2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS)and N-vinylpyrrolidone(NVP)as reactions monomer, amine persul-fate and sodium bisulfite as initiators,a new type of zwitterionic clay stabilizer was prepared, and its struc-ture was characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The results show that at 40℃,when the initiator addition amount is 0.55%,the material ratio of AM∶AMPS∶DMDAAC∶NVP is 160∶20∶13∶2,and the reaction time is 3 h,the prepared quaternary copolymerization. The anti-swelling rate of AM/AMPS/DMDAAC/NVP can reach 90.74%.It has good temperature resistance, salt resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and can effectively prevent clay from hydrating and swelling, dispersing and migrating, which is beneficial to reducing oil production costs. In oil and gas fields has good application potential.
