碳化法制备高比表面积纳米白炭黑的工艺条件研究

以工业水玻璃为原料,CO2 为沉淀剂,着重开展碳化法制备纳米白炭黑的碳化反应过程工艺条件研究。以所制备纳米白炭黑样品的平均粒径、BET值为主要考察指标,筛选并确定较适宜的复配分散剂为 2%TTLY+1%TTLX;考察并确定较适宜的碳化反应工艺条件为:体系SiO2 质量浓度11%,碳化反应温度60℃,水玻璃模数3。3,Na2 CO3 初始含量3%;所制备出的纳米白炭黑样品平均粒径为23。43 nm,BET值达到 422。77 m2/g,样品为无定形非晶态结构,粒度均匀性和分散性均较好。
Study on the process conditions for the preparation of nano silica with high specific surface area by carbonization method
Industrial water glass was used as raw material and CO2 as precipitant,focusing on the research on the process conditions of carbonization reaction to prepare nano silica by carbonization.The average particle size and BET values of the prepared nano silica samples were taken as the main investigation in-dexes.2%TTLY+1%TTLX was screened and determined as the more suitable compound dispersant;and the carbonization condition was optimized as:the mass concentration of SiO2 11%,the temperature of car-bonization reaction60℃,the modulus of water glass3.3,and the initial content of Na2 CO3 3%.The aver-age particle size of the prepared nano silica sample was 23.43 nm,the BET values reached 422.77 m2/g,and the sample was an amorphous structure,with good particle size uniformity and dispersion.
