低浓煤变压吸附提纯技术的模拟优化研究进展

综述了低浓煤变压吸附提纯技术的模拟优化研究进展。从吸附剂与变压吸附工艺这两个不同角度进行了简洁明确的介绍。从吸附剂角度的发展趋向来看,通过模拟与优化能够提高吸附剂性能与原料配比,提升吸附剂有效性。从变压吸附角度的发展趋向来看,模拟与优化变压吸附设备能使其自动化效果更好,经济效益更高。总结指出,两个角度都能看出模拟与优化在本技术中扮演着重要角色,使效率与产能得到了提升,在为技术带来不少便利的同时,两个角度也有要继续改进的地方。在吸附剂的角度上,多组分混合物的模拟与优化仍需继续进步;在变压吸附的角度上,实际操作中的动态变化模拟仍存在局限性,装置运转中的安全性优化应多加考虑。
Progress in simulation and optimisation of purification technology for pressure swing adsorption of low concentration coal bed methane
The research progress on simulation and optimization of pressure swing adsorption purification technology for low concentration coal is reviewed.The adsorbent and pressure swing adsorption process are briefly and clearly introduced.From the perspective of the development trend of adsorbents,simulation and optimization can improve the performance of adsorbents and the ratio of raw materials,and improve the ef-fectiveness of adsorbents.From the perspective of the development trend of pressure swing adsorption,sim-ulation and optimization of pressure swing adsorption equipment can make its automation effect better and economic benefit higher.This paper summarizes and points out that simulation and optimization play an important role in this technology from both perspectives,which improves the efficiency and productivity.While bringing a lot of convenience to the technology,there are also areas for further improvement from both perspectives.From the perspective of adsorbent,the simulation and optimization of multicomponent mixtures still need to be improved;from the perspective of pressure swing adsorption,there are still limita-tions in the dynamic change simulation in the actual operation,and the safety optimization in the operation of the device should be considered more.
