摘要
系统阐述了以无机硫为电子供体的硫自养反硝化系统中微生物特性,分析了不同反应器中硫自养反硝化微生物的优势菌属、无机硫源氧化还原过程中涉及的功能酶,介绍了加快硫自养反硝化启动的方法,如减少S0 颗粒的粒径、外加磁场、添加硫代谢中间产物或牛血清蛋白等,重点归纳了近年来硫自养反硝化国内外的实际工程应用的情况,并展望了硫自养反硝化技术未来的发展方向,旨在为硫自养反硝化体系发展提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
The microbial characteristics of sulfur autotrophic denitrification system was systematically ex-pounded.The advantages of sulfur autotrophic denitrifying microorganisms in different reactors and the functional enzymes of inorganic sulfur source redox were analyzed.The methods of accelerating sulfur au-totrophic denitrification were introduced,such as reducing the particle size of S0 particles,applied magnet-ic field,adding sulfur metabolism intermediates or cattle serum protein.The practical engineering applica-tion of sulfur autotrophic denitrification at home and abroad was mainly summarized.The future develop-ment direction of sulfur autotrophic denitrification technology was prospected.It was aimed to provide ref-erence for the development of sulfur autotrophic denitrification system.
