气相色谱法测定α-蒎烯、α-环氧蒎烷和马鞭草烯醇

为了准确定量分析α-蒎烯的氧化产物,采用了气相色谱法同时检测α-蒎烯,α-环氧蒎烷及马鞭草烯醇。结果表明,三种化合物在气相色谱柱中的分离效果良好。测得α-蒎烯,α-环氧蒎烷及马鞭草烯醇的标准曲线方程分别为Y1=6×108X1-253 848,Y2=5×108X2-174 421,Y3=6×108X3-171 424,相关系数R2>0。999。且质量浓度分别在区间1。996~19。964 mg/mL;1。007~10。072 mg/mL;0。987~9。868 mg/mL内呈稳定的线性关系。加标回收率在97。76%~103。80%之间。相对标准偏差(RSD)在0。40%~3。04%之间。样品的α-蒎烯,α-环氧蒎烷和马鞭草烯醇的RSD在0。63%~3。43%之间。气相色谱法可以直接进样,同时检测α-蒎烯的氧化产物,为α-蒎烯的氧化分析提供了便捷且准确的方法。
Determination of α-pinene,α-pinene oxide and verbenol by gas chromatography
In order to quantitatively analyze α-pinene oxidation products,α-pinane,α-pinene oxide and verbenol were detected by gas chromatography.The results show that the separation of the three com-pounds in the gas chromatographic column is good.The standard curve equations of α-pinene,α-pinene oxide and verbenol were as follows:Y1=6×108X1-253 848,Y2=5×108X2-174 421,Y3=6×108 X3-171 424,correlation coefficient R2>0.999.And there was a good linear in the range of 1.996~19.964 mg/mL,1.007~10.072 mg/mL and 0.987~9.868 mg/mL,respectively.The recoveries were 97.76%~103.80%.The relative standard deviations(RSD)ranged from 0.40%to 3.04%.RSD of α-pinene,α-pinene oxide and verbenol in the samples ranged from 0.63%to 3.43%.Gas chromatography provides a convenient and accurate method for the analysis of α-pinene oxidation by direct sampling and detection of α-pinene oxidation products.
