复合上转换纳米材料的制备及其性能研究的综合实验设计

基于水热法制备高分散纳米粒子NaYF4∶Yb,Er纳米粒子,在其外层包覆介孔二氧化硅(MSN),并进一步修饰了聚多巴胺(PDA)和透明质酸(HA),制备出复合纳米微球UCNPs@MSN@PDA-HA,通过透射电镜(TEM)观测其结构和形貌.通过红外分析仪(FITR)和荧光光谱仪检测其组成和发光性能.结果表明,复合纳米微球具有良好的分散性和介孔结构,通过修饰不同材料后,仍具有良好的上转换发光效果.
Comprehensive experimental design for the preparation and performance research of composite upconversion nanomaterials
Preparation of highly dispersed nanoparticles NaYF4∶Yb,Er nanoparticles based on hydrother-mal method,and coating of mesoporous silica(MSN)on its outer layer with further modification of polydo-pamine(PDA)and hyaluronic acid(HA)to prepare composite nanospheres UCNPS@MSN@PDA-HA.The structure and morphology were observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The composition and luminescence performance were detected by infrared analyzer(FITR)and fluorescence spectrometer.The results indicate that composite nanospheres have good dispersibility and mesoporous structure,and still exhibit good upconversion luminescence effect after modification with different materials.
