Optimization of acid leaching process for spent ternary lithium battery black powder based on response surface methodology
Lithium, nickel, cobalt and manganese in spent ternary lithium battery black powder were di-rectly leached by hydrochloric acid. The effects of reaction temperature, acid concentration and time on the leaching rate were investigated by the response surface method based on the Box-Behnken design. The results show that the optimum process conditions of direct acid leaching method were acid concentration 6 mol/L,solid-liquid ratio 250 g/L,reaction temperature 60 ℃,reaction time 7 h,after two leaching, the leaching rate of lithium was 99.96%,nickel was 99.73%,cobalt was 99.90%and that of manganese was 99.82%.
