离子液体体系纤维素气凝胶的制备和结构调控

以棉纤维素为原料、离子液体为溶解体系,获得纤维素均相溶液制备纤维素气凝胶。以1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐作为溶剂体系、棉纤维素浓度为2%、聚合度为1 500时,采用叔丁醇作为置换溶剂,经真空冷冻干燥得到的纤维素气凝胶比表面积可达288。731 0 m2/g,孔容、孔径分别为2。252 8 cm3/g、30。94 nm,并结合BET、SEM、XRD、FTIR、TG等表征分析研究了离子液体类型、干燥方式、纤维素聚合度、纤维素浓度、溶剂置换类型对纤维素气凝胶微观结构的影响。
Preparation and structural manipulation of cellulose aerogel in ionic liquid solvent system
Cellulose aerogels were obtained by cellulose homogeneous solution using cotton linter as raw material and ionic liquid as dissolution system.When 1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride salt was used as the solvent system,the concentration of cotton linter was 2%and the polymerization degree was 1 500,the specific surface area of cellulose aerogel obtained by vacuum freeze-drying using tert-butanol as replacement solvent could reach 288.731 0 m2/g,and the pore volume was 2.252 8 cm3/g,the pore size was 30.94 nm.And the effects of ionic liquid type,drying method,cellulose polymerization degree,cellu-lose concentration and solvent replacement type on the microstructure of cellulose aerogels were investiga-ted by BET,SEM,XRD,FTIR,TG/DTG analysis.
