Application of 2D MoS2 and its heterostructures in the field of biosensing
The structures,preparation and phase regulation strategies of two-dimensional(2D)polyphase MoS2 nanomaterials are briefly introduced.The electron transfer and optical properties of MoS2 is adjusta-ble,which can be achieved by modulating the parameters of the preparation process.The properties of dif-ferent phase MoS2 differ greatly,so their application in biosensors is different.The representative woks based on 2D MoS2 and their heterogeneous structures in biosensors are introduced in detail.The functions of different phase MoS2 in these different types of biosensors are analyzed.The development of biosensing technology is crucial for the diagnosis and clinical treatment of diseases,as well as environmental and food safety monitoring.It is hoped that this paper can provide reference for the development and construction of high-performance MoS2-based biosensors.
