This paper mainly reviews the oxidoreductases(cytochrome P450,laccase and peroxidase)and hydrolases(lipase,cellulase,esterase and haloalkane dehalogenase)in bioremediation.Oxidoreductases use NADP or NAD+as coenzymes to transfer electrons,and the energy generated in these enzyme-media-ted biochemical reactions degrade dyes,polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons or pesticides;hydrolases convert toxic pollutants into non-toxic compounds by breaking chemical bonds such as ester bonds,peptide bonds and carbon-halogen bonds.The methods to improve the effect of enzyme bioremediation,such as adding surface activity,enzyme immobilization and genetic engineering,were summarized.The problems existing in the production and practical application of enzymes and the future development trend were analyzed.
