探讨了将各类固体废弃物作为骨料、胶凝材料和纤维掺入混凝土制成可再生、可循环利用的绿色环保建筑材料的研究现状及进展,并对其制成的3D打印环保混凝土的可打印性、流变特性、可挤出性、可建造性、力学各向异性及耐久性作出评估和论证。
Research progress and development trend of 3D printing environmentally friendly concrete
The kinds of solid waste as aggregates,cementitious materials and fibers mixed with concrete to make renewable and recyclable green building materials,which will be a way to obtain the greatest envi-ronmental and economic benefits through 3D concrete printing technology.This paper discusses the effects of various types of solid waste and recycled materials on the printability,rheological properties,extrusibili-ty,constructability,mechanical anisotropy and durability of 3D printed environmentally friendly concrete.
