摘要

总结了我国低阶煤和生物质资源的利用现状,阐述了煤与生物质共热解的协同效应机理,系统对煤与生物质共热解过程中升温速率、热解温度、生物质种类、混合比例、反应器类型、载气流量及热解气氛对协同效应的影响进行了归纳,并分析展望了煤与生物质共热解技术的发展方向和协同效应的研究方向.煤与生物质共热解可将两者单独热解的优点结合起来,在热解过程中发挥协同效应以提高热解产物的产率和品质.也可缓解低阶煤和生物质大量燃烧污染环境、能源利用率低等问题.因此国内外诸多学者从不同角度、采用不同方法探究共热解协同效应机理以及不同因素对协同效应的影响,以助力低阶煤的清洁利用和生物质资源的高效利用.

Abstract

This paper summarizes the utilization status of low-rank coal and biomass resources in China,expounds the synergistic effect mechanism of coal and biomass co-pyrolysis,systematically summarizes the effects of heating rate,pyrolysis temperature,biomass type,mixing ratio,reactor type,carrier gas flow rate and pyrolysis atmosphere on the synergistic effect in the process of coal and biomass co-pyrolysis,and an-alyzes and looks forward to the development direction and research direction of coal and biomass co-pyrol-ysis technology.The co-pyrolysis of coal and biomass can combine the advantages of pyrolysis alone and exert a synergistic effect in the pyrolysis process to improve the yield and quality of pyrolysis products.It can also alleviate the problems of low-rank coal and biomass burning in large quantities polluting the envi-ronment and low energy utilization.Therefore,many scholars at home and abroad have explored the syner-gistic effect mechanism of co-pyrolysis and the influence of different factors on the synergistic effect from different angles and methods,so as to help the clean utilization of low-rank coal and the efficient utiliza-tion of biomass resources.
