DCC渣油催化裂解油浆性质分析

通过元素分析、红外光谱、质谱分析、同步荧光光谱、核磁、扫描电子显微镜等方法分析了 DCC催化裂解油浆的性质。结果表明,DCC催化裂解油浆含有丰富的稠环芳烃,芳香分含量达到54。24%,氢碳比达到0。928 3,分子量以250~600 Da为主,主要为2~4环芳香稠环化合物。结果同时表明,油浆中含有较高的灰分和残碳,灰分高达0。39%,铝和硅元素分别高达9 901,520 mg/L,固体催化剂粉末粒径为2。0~4。0 µm。
Properties analysis of DCC residual oil deep catalytic cracking slurry
The properties of DCC catalytic cracking slurry were analyzed by elemental analysis,infrared spectroscopy,mass spectrometry,synchronous fluorescence spectroscopy,proton nuclear magnetic reso-nance,scanning electron microscope and other methods.The results indicate that DCC catalytic cracking slurry contains rich polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons,the aromatic content reaches 54.24%,and the hy-drogen carbon ratio reaches 0.928 3,molecular weight is mainly 250~600 Da,aromatic fused ring com-pounds with two to four rings.The results also indicate that,the slurry contains high ash and residual car-bon,ash content up to 0.39%,aluminum and silicon elements was 9 901 mg/L and 520 mg/L,respec-tively;the particle size of the solid catalyst powder between 2.0~4.0μm.
