电弧直读发射光谱法测定地球化学调查样品中银硼锡含量

摘要
采用聚光科技E5000 电弧直读发射光谱测试地球化学调查样品中银、硼、锡含量.最佳实验条件为:预燃阶段电流5A,保持10 s;激发阶段电流14 A,保持42 s;积分时间25 s;上电极为平头圆形状,下电极为细颈杯状;锗为内标元素.此条件下,测试样品中银、硼、锡的检出限分别为0.016,0.95,0.32 μg/g,精密度在10%以内,测试结果均在标准值范围内.实验方法固体进样,操作简单,测试周期短,污染小,是测试地球化学调查样品中银、硼、锡含量时值得推广的测试方法.
Abstract
Using light gathering technology E5000,arc direct reading emission spectrometry is commonly used to measure the contents of silver,boron and tin in geochemical survey samples.The best experimental conditions are that the current of 5 A in the pre-combustion phase keeps 10 s and the current of 14 A in the excitation phase keeps 42 s;integrating time 25 s;on the electricity is very flat head round shape,un-der the electricity is very fine neck cup;germanium is the internal standard element.The limits of detec-tion of silver,boron and tin were 0.016,0.95,0.32 μg/g,respectively.The precision was less than 10%,and the test results were all within the range of standard values.This experimental method has the advan-tages of simple operation,short test period and little pollution.It is worthy to be popularized when testing the content of silver,boron and tin in geochemical investigation samples.
