Preparation and performance evaluation of high-temperature deep-penetrating organic delayed crosslinked acid composite system
To achieve prolonged reaction and deep penetration in high-temperature and deep wells in car-bonate reservoirs, this study innovatively applies the titanium ion slow-release principle.A crosslinking agent,OAC-1,which can crosslink organic acids under high-temperature and high-concentration hydro-chloric acid conditions. This has resulted in a high-temperature,deep-penetrating organic delayed crosslinking acid composite system, and evaluated its temperature resistance, shear resistance, gel break-ing,filter loss reduction, and sand-carrying capacity. The results showed that the crosslinking could be delayed for 198 s,and the viscosity remained above 55 mPa·s for 100 min at 150 ℃ and 170 s-1 shear rate,it has good delayed crosslinking and heat resistance and shear resistance.
