金属有机框架MIL-101吸附穿心莲内酯研究

用水热法合成MIL-101(Cr),通过PXRD、SEM表征其物相结构及微观形貌,制备出BET达2 800 m2/g的MIL-101吸附剂。静态吸附实验表明,MIL-101在60%甲醇水溶液中,对穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯的饱和质量吸附率分别达到8。36%,7。05%;将MIL-101负载于层析硅胶,制成制备色谱柱(4。6 mm × 250 mm),分别测定其对两种内酯的穿透曲线及对内酯混合物的在线分离性能,结果表明,实验制备色谱柱对穿心莲内酯和脱水穿心莲内酯分离度达1。9,分离效率>99%,可实现在线高效分离。
Study on the adsorption of Andrographolide by metal organic framework MIL-101
MIL-101(Cr)Was synthesized by hydrothermal method,and its phase structure and micro-structure were characterized by PXRD and SEM,resulting in a BET of 2 800 m2/g of MIL-101 adsorbent.The static adsorption experiment showed that MIL-101 had saturated mass adsorption rate of 8.36%and 7.05%for Andrographolide and dehydrated Andrographolide in a 60%methanol aqueous solution,respectively;MIL-101 was loaded onto chromatographic silica gel to prepare a chromatographic column(4.6 mm x250 mm),and its penetration curves for two types of lactones and online separation perform-ance for lactone mixtures were measured.The results showed that the experimental prepared chromato-graphic column had a separation degree of 1.9 for Andrographolide and dehydrated Andrographolide,with a separation efficiency of>99%,achieving online efficient separation.
