浮选过程中二氧化碳的利用研究评述

为了提供浮选在碳中和目标背景下的贡献路径,从二氧化碳优化浮选指标现象着手,通过浮选三相体系的变化对二氧化碳直接参与浮选的研究进行阐述;从二氧化碳捕集转化后的化学试剂参与浮选,作为浮选抑制剂和捕收剂的角度,对二氧化碳间接参与浮选的研究进行综述.在归纳以往二氧化碳直接参与浮选研究的基础上,指出当前碳中和目标下,二氧化碳直接参与浮选存在空间上以及处理对象上的局限性.并结合当前浮选药剂制度对于浮选的重要性,指出二氧化碳间接参与浮选的优势.一方面起到优化调控浮选指标的作用;另一方面通过浮选反馈来推动二氧化碳捕集转化的产业链,从而加速二氧化碳捕集转化速率,在碳中和目标背景下实现共赢.提出大力度促进二氧化碳捕集转化后的化工产品在浮选中的利用,将是浮选在碳中和目标背景下一条新的贡献路径.
A review of studies on the utilization of carbon dioxide in flotation processes
In order to provide a pathway scenario for the contribution of flotation in the context of carbon neutral targets,starting from the phenomenon of CO2 optimization of flotation indexes,the studies on the direct participation of CO2 in flotation are elaborated through the change of flotation three-phase system;and the studies on the indirect participation of CO2 in flotation are reviewed from the point of view of the participation of CO2 capture-converted chemical reagents in flotation as flotation inhibitors and capture agents.On the basis of summarizing the previous studies on the direct participation of CO2 in flotation,it is pointed out that the direct participation of CO2 in flotation has limitations in space and processing objects under the current carbon neutral target.Combined with the importance of the current flotation chemicals system for flotation,the advantages of indirect CO2 participation in flotation are pointed out.On the one hand,it plays the role of optimizing and regulating the flotation index;on the other hand,it promotes the industry chain of carbon dioxide capture and conversion through the feedback of flotation,thus accelera-ting the rate of carbon dioxide capture and conversion,and realizing a win-win situation under the back-ground of the goal of carbon neutrality.Therefore,it is proposed to vigorously promote the utilization of chemical products after carbon dioxide capture and conversion in flotation,which will be a new path for flotation to contribute to the carbon neutrality goal.
