摘要

将超细硅酸盐与悬浮剂、造孔剂、改性剂等外加剂复配,制得疏水亲油材料,研究了材料的孔隙率、抗压强度、油水相对渗透率以及油水分离性能.结果表明,该材料水相接触角高达152°,孔隙率在68.5%,抗压强度大于5 MPa,油相是水相渗透率的4~5 倍,材料对不同黏度、不同油相状态和不同含油率的油水混合液均有明显分离效果.

Abstract

The hydrophobic and oleophilic materials are produced by compounding ultrafine silicate as the main agent with suspending agent,pore-making agent,modifier and other additives.The porosity,compres-sive strength,relative oil-water permeability,and oil-water separation properties of the materials were in-vestigated.The results show that the water phase contact angle of the material is as high as 152°.The po-rosity is 68.5%,and the compressive strength is more than 5 MPa.The oil phase of the material is 4~5 times of the permeability of the water phase.The material has obvious separation effects on oil-water mix-tures with different viscosities,different oil phase states and different oil content rate.
