基于低温性能的温拌沥青及混合料性能研究

通过FTIR和TG-DSC实验分别对温拌改性沥青的改性机理和热稳定性进行分析,通过RTFO实验评价温拌改性沥青抗老化性能并对温拌剂配方进行优化;采用DSR实验、BBR实验、测力延度实验评价优化后的温拌改性沥青高低温性能,并与Sasobit和Evotherm M1 温拌改性沥青进行对比研究;通过混合料实验对温拌剂的降温幅度和温拌沥青混合料的路用性能进行研究。结果表明,温拌改性沥青的改性机理为物理共混,其热稳定性可以得到保障;温拌剂配方优化后,抗老化能力得到改善;蜡-塑温拌剂加入SBS改性沥青中后-18℃时的蠕变劲度降低37。8%、蠕变速率提升9。9%,低温流变性能得到改善;蜡-塑温拌剂的降温幅度约为 23℃,比 3%Sasobit和 0。5%Evotherm M1 的降温效果好,蜡-塑温拌改性沥青混合料的高温性能完全满足低温地区的要求,低温抗裂性能和抗水损害能力有明显提升,Sasobit温拌剂可以提升高温抗车辙性能,但对低温性能和水稳定性不利,Evotherm M1 温拌剂对混合料路用性能影响不大。
Research on the performance of warm mix asphalt and mixtures based on low temperature performance
The modification mechanism and thermal stability of warm mix modified asphalt were analyzed by FTIR and TG-DSC tests respectively. The anti-aging performance of warm mix modified asphalt was evaluated by RTFO test and the formula of warm mixing agent was optimized;the high and low temperature performance of optimized warm mix modified asphalt was evaluated using DSR test,BBR test,and force ductility test,and compared with Sasobit and Evotherm M1 warm mix modified asphalt;the cooling amplitude of warm mixing agent and the road performance of warm mix asphalt mixture were studied through mixture experiments. The results indicate that the modification mechanism of warm mix modified asphalt is physical blending,and the thermal stability of warm mix modified asphalt can be guaranteed;the anti-aging ability of the warm mixing agent has been improved after the optimization of the formula;after adding wax-plastic warm mixing agent to SBS modified asphalt,the creep stiffness decreased by 37. 8% at -18 ℃,and the creep rate increased by 9. 9% at -18 ℃,and the low-temperature rheological properties were improved;the cooling amplitude of wax-plastic warm mixing agent is about 23 ℃,which is better than the cooling amplitude of 3% Sasobit and 0. 5% Evotherm M1. The high-temperature performance of wax-plastic warm mix modified asphalt mixture fully meets the requirements of low-temperature areas,and the low-temperature crack resistance and water damage resistance are significantly improved. Sasobit warm mixing agent can improve high-temperature rutting resistance,but it is not conducive to the low-temperature performance and water stability. Evotherm M1 warm mixing agent has little effect on the road performance of the mixtures.
