AMPS印迹孔雀石绿聚合物的制备及吸附性能研究

以2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸为功能单体(AMPS),孔雀石绿(MG)作为模板分子,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,通过自由基交联聚合(RAFT)的方法合成了MG印迹聚合物。将此吸附剂应用于水溶液中阳离子染料的吸附研究,考察了温度、浓度、pH等实验条件对实验过程的影响。通过实验探究,发现此吸附过程更趋向于准二级动力学模型,且符合Langmuir吸附,在吸附时间为为3h,溶液温度为25℃,pH=7,吸附剂用量为5mg时,MIP对孔雀石绿的吸附量可达1 808。91 mg/g。
Preparation and adsorption properties of AMPS imprinted Malachite green polymer
MG Imprinted polymer was synthesized by free radical cross-linking polymerization(RAFT)u-sing 2-acrylamy-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid as functional monomer(AMPS),Malachite green(MG)as template molecule and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EGDMA)as crosslinking agent.The adsorbent was applied to study the adsorption of cationic dyes in aqueous solution.The effects of temperature,concentra-tion and pH on the adsorption process were investigated.Through experimental investigation,it was found that the adsorption process was more in line with the quasi-second-order kinetic model and consistent with Langmuir adsorption.When the adsorption time was 3 h,the solution temperature was 25℃,the pH was 7,and the dosage of adsorbent was 5 mg,the adsorption capacity of Malachite green by MIP could reach 1 808.91 mg/g.
