Research status of coal gasification ash utilization technology
The extraction of carbon,the reuse of residual carbon and the resource utilization of coal gasifi-cation slag are reviewed.The extraction of carbon from gasification ash mainly involves flotation decarbon-ization,gravity separation decarbonization and electro-separation decarbonization.The research on the re-use of ash and carbon residue mainly focuses on its combustion as fuel.The utilization of ash and slag cov-ers many industries,including building materials,rubber,petrochemical,non-ferrous metal and soil agri-culture,etc.Finally,suggestions and prospects for the future research on the utilization of gasification resi-dues are put forward.
