超低温铝电解电容器电解液的制备及其应用

以制备工作下限温度为-55 ℃的超低温铝电解电容器电解液为研究目的,通过对二元混合溶剂的凝固点的分析以及对溶质和添加剂的选用,将各种物质进行正交实验、优化配制技术。制备出的电解液的冰点低于-55℃,闪火电压(Us)≥496 V。将该电解液应用于规格为400 V,10μF的铝电解电容器,对电容器进行低温特性、高温负荷和高温耐久试验。结果表明,该电解液制备的电容器可在-55~105 ℃的环境下工作至少5 000 h。
Preparation and application of electrolyte for ultra-low temperature aluminum electrolytic capacitors
The preparation of electrolytes for ultra-low temperature aluminum electrolytic capacitors,ai-ming for a lower operational limit of-55 ℃.By analyzing the freezing points of binary mixed solvents and selecting appropriate solutes and additives,orthogonal experiments were conducted to optimize the preparation process.The resulting electrolyte has a freezing point below-55 ℃ and a flash voltage of ≥496 V.When applied to a 400 V,10 μF aluminum electrolytic capacitor,the electrolyte was tested for low-temperature characteristics,high-temperature load,and high-temperature durability.The results indi-cate that the capacitor using this electrolyte can operate for at least 5 000 h within the temperature range of-55 ℃ to 105 ℃.
