煤化工循环水阻垢缓蚀剂研究与应用

摘要
研究了氯离子、硫酸根、钙硬度和总碱度等关键离子对循环水系统腐蚀和结垢的影响规律,结果表明,氯离子、硫酸根和钙硬度对碳钢腐蚀速率影响不大,总碱度的影响显著;氯离子和硫酸根对结垢影响不大,钙硬度和总碱度的影响显著.针对煤化工高含盐循环水研发的低磷阻垢缓蚀剂RP-21(ZT)具有良好的缓蚀和阻垢性能,在控制循环水总碱度不超过450 mg/L条件下,系统腐蚀速率和污垢沉积率均较低,满足生产装置的长周期稳定运行要求.
Abstract
The effects of chloride ion,sulfate,calcium hardness and total alkalinity on corrosion and scale formation of circulating water system were studied.The results showed that chloride ion,sulfate and calci-um hardness has little effect on corrosion rate of carbon steel,while total alkalinity has significant effect.Chloride ion and sulfate has little effect on scale formation,while calcium hardness and total alkalinity has significant effect.RP-21(ZT),a low-phosphorus scale and corrosion inhibitor were developed for heavy salt circulating water in coal chemical industry,and it has good corrosion and scale inhibition properties.When the total alkalinity of circulating water is no more than 450 mg/L,the corrosion rate and fouling rate of the system is low,which can meet the requirements of long-term stable operation of the production plant.Electrochemical test show that RP-21(ZT)is an anodic corrosion inhibitor.
