水热预处理芒草及其组成变化对酶解糖化效率的影响

The effect of hydrothermal pretreatment on the structure composition of Miscanthus and its impact on enzymatic saccharification efficiency

为了深入探讨不同水热预处理强度对芒草结构和组成的影响,分析比较不同预处理条件对芒草酶解的影响,将水热预处理与酸、乙醇和低共熔溶剂预处理方式进行了对比.研究考察了水热过程中温度、时间、固液比和乙酸浓度对芒草中木质纤维素的影响.结果表明,在180℃下,反应时间为2.5 h,固液比为1∶7的条件下,不添加乙酸时,葡萄糖得率最高达到65.43%.相较于其他预处理方法,该工艺具有简单、低成本且高效利用生物质资源的优势.
In order to investigate the effect of different hydrothermal pretreatment intensities on the struc-ture and composition of Miscanthus,especially to analyze and compare the effects of different pretreatment conditions on the enzymatic saccharification of Miscanthus.Different pretreatment methods such as hydro-thermal with acid or ethanol,deep eutectic solvents were compared.The effect of temperature,time,solid-liquid ratio,and acetic acid concentration on the composition of Miscanthus during the hydrothermal process were investigated.The results showed that the highest glucose yield reached 65.43%without the addition of acetic acid when pure hydrothermal pretreatment at 180 ℃,with a reaction time of 2.5 h and a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶7.Compared with other pretreatment methods,this process has the advantages of simplicity,low cost,and efficient utilization of biomass resources.
