In order to investigate the effect of different hydrothermal pretreatment intensities on the struc-ture and composition of Miscanthus, especially to analyze and compare the effects of different pretreatment conditions on the enzymatic saccharification of Miscanthus.Different pretreatment methods such as hydro-thermal with acid or ethanol, deep eutectic solvents were compared. The effect of temperature,time,solid-liquid ratio, and acetic acid concentration on the composition of Miscanthus during the hydrothermal process were investigated. The results showed that the highest glucose yield reached 65.43%without the addition of acetic acid when pure hydrothermal pretreatment at 180 ℃,with a reaction time of 2.5 h and a solid-liquid ratio of 1∶7.Compared with other pretreatment methods, this process has the advantages of simplicity, low cost, and efficient utilization of biomass resources.
