高性能聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶的制备与性能研究

以丙烯酸甲酯(MA)为硬单体、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为软单体、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)/乙酸乙烯酯(VAc)和丙烯酸(AA)为交联单体,采用溶液聚合法合成两种溶剂型聚丙烯酸酯压敏胶PSA-1和PSA-2,研究了增黏树脂、硅烷偶联剂对压敏胶的黏接强度的影响.结果表明,经7%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮PVP K30增黏改性及5%硅烷偶联剂KH550增强后,PSA的剪切强度及剥离强度可达1.65 MPa和2.97 kN/m,且具有良好的耐热能力.
Research on the preparation and adhesion properties of high-performance pressure sensitive adhesive
Methyl acrylate(MA),butyl acrylate(BA)were employed respectively as hard and soft mono-mers,hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA)/vinyl acetate(VAc)and acrylic acid(AA)were chosen as crosslinked monomers to prepare two solvent-type polyacrylate-based pressure-sensitive adhesives(PSA-1 and PSA-2)via a solution polymerization.The influence of tackifying resin and silane coupling agent on the bonding strength of pressure-sensitive adhesive was studied.The results showed that the PSA modified with 7%polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP K30)and 5%silane coupling agent(KH550),the shear strength and peel strength could reach 1.65 MPa and 2.97 kN/m,as well as a good heat resistance.
