掺杂ZIF-8改性全水发泡聚氨酯泡沫

摘要
在常温的水中利用2-甲基咪唑和六水合硝酸锌制备了多孔低密度材料沸石咪唑框架-8(ZIF-8),用环保溶剂水为发泡剂,采用一步法制备出具有保温隔热能力的聚氨酯泡沫(PUF),探讨ZIF-8用量对聚氨酯泡沫性能的影响.结果表明,添加少量的ZIF-8可明显改善聚氨酯泡沫的各项性能;当ZIF-8掺杂量(质量分数)为1%时,聚氨酯泡沫的导热系数降低了 18%,压缩强度提高了 14.5%.促进全水发泡的聚氨酯泡沫在隔热方面工业化发展.
Abstract
Porous low-density zeolite imidazole framework-8(ZIF-8)was prepared by using 2-methylimid-azole and zinc nitrate hexahydrate in water at room temperature polyurethane foam(PUF)with thermal in-sulation ability was prepared by one-step method with water as foaming agent.The influence of ZIF-8 on the polyurethane foams performace.The results show that adding a small amount of ZIF-8 can obviously improve the properties of polyurethane foam.When the doping amount of ZIF-8 is 1%,the thermal con-ductivity of polyurethane foam decreases by 18%,the compressive strength increases by 14.5%,and the hardness also increases obviously.It paves the way for the industrialization of all-water foamed polyure-thane foam in heat insulation.
