Experimental study on viscosity reduction by applying OP-13 compounded surfactant
A study was conducted on different types of anions and emulsifiers using emulsifier OP-13 as the main agent. The emulsification and viscosity reduction performance of the alkali-compounded ternary compound system for heavy oil.The results showed that the viscosity reduction effect of the anionic surfac-tant SAS60 with a mass fraction of 0.5%was optimal compared with that of OP-13 with a mass fraction of 0.6%,with a viscosity reduction rate of 96.3%and a water separation rate of 38%.In the ternary com-pounding system,OP-13,SAS60 and sodium tert-butoxide with the mass ratio of 6∶5∶3 had the best vis-cosity reduction performance, with a viscosity reduction rate of 98.3%and a water separation rate of 1%.
