Application of membrane separation technology in the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine:Progress,difficulties and development direction
The application of membrane technology in the process of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)modernization,including the extraction and concentration of active ingredients and the preparation of TCM preparations,was reviewed,and the challenges faced by membrane technology in TCM pharmaceutical were discussed,and the solutions were put forward based on membrane pollution,service life and large-scale application.In view of the current situation that the application of membrane technology in the mod-ernization of Chinese medicine is still in the experimental stage,from the angle of membrane material in-novation and combining the concept of sustainable development and green pharmaceutical,the future de-velopment direction is prospected.
