超高温堆肥处理有机固废研究进展及工程应用

综述了超高温好氧堆肥技术处理有机固废的原理与实现途径、技术优势与微生物群落结构演替的内在关系;阐述了超高温好氧堆肥在处理畜禽粪便、污泥和餐厨垃圾等方面的工程应用案例,归纳总结了超高温好氧堆肥在有机固废工程应用中的工艺参数;表明了超高温好氧堆肥在有机固废资源化处理中具有很好的应用效果.提出了超高温好氧堆肥处理有机固废过程中在菌群协同机制、强化保氮固碳、优化工艺运行等方面的研究展望,以期为该技术的应用推广提供理论依据.
Research progress and engineering application of hyperthermophilic aerobic composting for organic solid waste treatment
The principle and realization approach,the internal relationship between technical advantages and microbial community structure succession in the treatment of organic solid waste using hyperthermo-philic aerobic composting were reviewed.The engineering application cases of hyperthermophilic compos-ting in the treatment of livestock manure,sewage sludge and food waste was elucidated,and the process parameters of hyperthermophilic aerobic composting in the engineering application of organic solid waste were summarized.The excellent application effect of hyperthermophilic aerobic composting in the resource utilization treatment of organic solid waste was demonstrated.The research prospects of organic solid waste treatment by hyperthermophilic aerobic composting in terms of microbial community synergy mechanism,enhanced nitrogen and carbon retention,and optimized process operation were proposed,in order to pro-vide theoretical basis for the application and promotion of this technology.
