摘要
针对马铃薯淀粉废水的来源、性质及特点,总结了目前马铃薯淀粉废水的处理技术如物化法、生物法和综合处理法,以及资源化利用途径包括马铃薯蛋白的回收利用、生产单细胞蛋白、生产微生物絮凝剂和生产新能源等,并提出开发高效、资源化、绿色可持续的马铃薯淀粉废水物化处理技术的展望,以此为马铃薯淀粉废水未来研究方向提供参考.
Abstract
According to the source,nature and characteristics of potato starch wastewater,this paper sum-marizes the current potato starch wastewater treatment technology such as chemical,biological method and comprehensive treatment,and the recycling way including potato protein recycling,production of single cell protein,microbial flocculant and new energy,and puts forward the development of efficient,recycling,green and sustainable potato starch wastewater treatment technology,to provide reference for the research direction of potato starch wastewater in the future.
