摘要

针对油气集输管道存在的腐蚀问题,分析了油气集输管道材质、管外腐蚀和管内腐蚀等因素.总结了管道腐蚀的化学腐蚀机理与电化学腐蚀机理,化学腐蚀的同时往往伴有电化学腐蚀,电化学腐蚀较为常见,危害也较严重.系统地介绍了管道选材、涂层防护、阴极保护和缓蚀剂防护多种防护措施,指出将多种防腐蚀技术组合形成联合防护技术是未来的发展方向.

Abstract

According to the corrosion problems of the gathering and gas pipeline,the pipeline material,ex-ternal corrosion and internal corrosion were analyzed;the chemical corrosion mechanism and electrochem-ical corrosion mechanism of pipeline corrosion were summarized,chemical corrosion was often accompa-nied by electrochemical corrosion,electrochemical corrosion was more common,and the harm was also more serious;multiple protective measures including pipeline material selection,coating protection,cath-ode protection and corrosion inhibitor protection measures were systematically introduced,and pointed that joint protection technology combined of corrosion technologies was the future development direction.
