综述了 1,1,1,2,2-五氟丙烷(HFC-245cb)用作制冷工质和合成高值化学品原料的研究进展,并讨论了两种高值化应用的现状和发展前景。由于自身的轻微可燃性和潜在的法规风险,HFC-245cb用作制冷工质的使用场景和用量有限。作为合成高值化学品的原料,研究主要集中于HFC-245cb脱氟化氢制备2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf)。开发高效环保脱氟化氢催化剂及拓展HFC-245cb转化路径是未来的发展方向。
Research progress in high value application of 1,1,1,2,2-pentafluoropropane
This article reviews the recent progress of 1,1,1,2,2-pentafluoropropane(HFC-245 cb)as a refrigerant and a raw material for synthesizing high value-added chemicals.The current situation and development prospects of the two value applications are discussed.Due to its own marginal flammability and potential regulatory risks,HFC-245cb has limited use scenarios and quantities as a refrigerant.As a raw material for synthesizing high value-added chemicals,current research mainly focuses on preparation of 2,3,3,3-tetrafluoropeopene(HFO-1234yf)by dehydrofluorination of HFC-245cb.Developing efficient and environmentally friendly dehydrofluorination catalyst and expanding the conversion pathway of HFC-245cb are the future development directions.
