研究建立了微波消解-ICP-OES法和微波消解-AAS法测定化肥中钙含量的检测方法.分别使用国家标准GB/T 19203-2003中方法和两种方法对2种复合肥料标准物质以及12种不同钙含量的化肥样品进行测定.t检验结果表明,王水微波消解与GB/T 19203中硝酸-高氯酸电热板消解的提取效果无显著差异;AAS法、ICP-OES法和GB/T 19203中容量法的测定结果两两之间无显著性差异.两种仪器法的精密度均优于容量法,ICP-OES法的精密度、回收率以及标准曲线决定系数均略优于AAS法.微波消解-AAS法的回收率分别为106.2%,106.4%,6次平行测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.63%.微波消解-ICP-OES法的回收率分别为104.6%,103.2%,6次平行测定的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.58%..
Determination of calcium content in chemical fertilizers by microwave digestion-ICP-OES method and microwave digestion-AAS method
New methods for the determination of calcium in chemical fertilizers by microwave digestion using ICP-OES and AAS were established.The results of the method in the national standard GB/T 19203-2003 and these two methods were studied by t-test.2 Compound fertilizer standard materials and 12 fertilizer samples containing different calcium contents were determined.The t-test results showed that there was no significant difference in the extraction results between the microwave digestion method and the nitric acid perchloric acid electric heating plate digestion method in GB/T 19203;there was no signifi-cant difference in the results among the AAS method,ICP-OES method,and the volumetric method in GB/T 19203.The precision of two instrumental methods are slightly superior to volumetric method.The precision,recovery rate,and standard curve determination coefficient of ICP-OES method are slightly bet-ter than AAS method.For microwave digestion-AAS method,the standard material recovery rate were 106.2%,106.4%,respectively,and the relative standard deviation of 6 parallel determinations was 1.63%.For microwave digestion-ICP-OES method,the standard material recovery rates were 104.6%,103.2%,respectively,and the relative standard deviation of 6 parallel determinations was 1.58%.
