磷基阻燃水性聚氨酯的制备与性能研究

为了解决传统水性聚氨酯(WPU)阻燃剂稳定性差、阻燃效果不佳、影响基体力学性能等问题,以双酚芴(BPFL)和苯基膦酰氯(BPOD)为原料合成了一种新型磷基阻燃剂(FHPLC),并将其作为扩链剂,合成了系列本征型磷基阻燃水性聚氨酯(FHWPU)。通过核磁共振波谱仪、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、热重分析仪、UL-94 垂直燃烧测试仪、零锥量热计、附着力测试仪等对FHPLC和FHWPU的结构、耐热性、阻燃性以及应用性能进行考察并探究了其阻燃机理。结果表明成功制备了FHPLC,并以不同含量的添加量获得了系列FHWPU薄膜。随着FHPLC含量的不断增加,FHWPU薄膜的力学性能、耐热性、阻燃性均逐渐增加,且均具有优异的应用性能。
Preparation and properties of phosphorous based flame retardant waterborne polyurethane
In order to solve the problems of traditional waterborne polyurethane(WPU)flame retardants in unstability,poor flame retardant,and lowering mechanical properties,this study synthesized a new phos-phorus based flame retardant(FHPLC)using bisphenol fluorene(BPFL)and phenylphosphonyl chloride(BPOD).Then it was used as a chain extender to synthesize a series of intrinsic phosphorus based flame retardant waterborne polyurethane(FHWPU).The structure,heat resistance,flame retardancy,and appli-cation performance of FHPLC and FHWPU were investigated by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrosco-py,fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,X-ray diffraction,thermogravimetric analysis,UL-94 vertical combustion tester,zero cone calorimeter,adhesion tester.The results indicate that FHPLC has been suc-cessfully prepared,and a series of FHWPU films have been obtained with different contents of FHPLC.With the continuous increase of FHPLC content,the mechanical properties,heat resistance,and flame re-tardancy of FHWPU film gradually increase.FHWPU have excellent application performance.
