聚乙二醇相变材料对沥青混合料融雪化冰能力的影响

为了研究聚乙二醇相变材料对沥青混合料融雪化冰能力的影响,在沥青混合料拌合过程中添加相变材料,同时考虑聚乙二醇相变材料的适用性,采用AC-10 和AC-13 两种级配,并设计了海绵冻结实验、冰层黏附力实验、融冰实验3 种方法进行评价。结果表明,聚乙二醇相变材料会加速海绵的解冻,且相变材料掺量越高、光照强度越大,海绵与沥青混合料冻结在一起的时间越短;聚乙二醇相变材料能够大大降低冰层与沥青路面的黏附力;相变沥青混合料的累计融冰质量和融冰速率均大于普通沥青混合料,相变材料掺量的增加以及环境温度的降低都会提升其相对融雪化冰能力;聚乙二醇相变材料在不同级配中均表现良好的融雪化冰效果,可以应用于冬季路面除冰雪。
Effect of polyethylene glycol phase change materials on the ability of asphalt mixture to melt snow and ice
In order to study the effect of polyethylene glycol phase change material on the snow melting and ice melting ability of asphalt mixture,phase change material was added in the asphalt mixture mixing process,and the applicability of polyethylene glycol phase change material was considered,two gradations of AC-10 and AC-13 were adopted,and three methods were designed for evaluation:sponge freezing test,ice adhesion test and ice melting test.The results show that the PEM will accelerate the thawing of the sponge,and the higher the content of the PCM,the greater the light intensity,and the shorter the freezing time of the sponge and asphalt mixture.Polyethylene glycol phase change material can greatly reduce the adhesion between ice and asphalt pavement;the cumulative ice melting quality and ice melting rate of phase change asphalt mixture are greater than those of ordinary asphalt mixture,and the increase of phase change material content and the decrease of ambient temperature will improve its relative snow melting and ice melting capacity.Polyethylene glycol phase change material has a good effect of melting snow and ice in different gradations,and can be applied to winter pavement de-icing.
