摘要
模拟分散蓝(DB)、靛蓝(IB)、活性红(RR)三种典型染料废水进行个性化高级氧化(AOPs)-A/O工艺的设计及效能探究.结果表明,过硫酸钠(PO)/芬顿(FO)工艺处理DB和IB,PO/臭氧(OO)工艺处理RR.COD去除率分别为64.51%,64.49%,70.63%,色度去除率均为98%以上.随后与A/O工艺组合,控制A/O装置温度T=30℃,厌氧HRT=48 h,好氧HRT=24 h(DO=6 mg/L),运行负荷0.097 kg COD/(m3·d),使DB、IB、RR的COD去除率分别为89.39%,90.66%,89.94%,矿化率(ME)分别为 67.04%,85.97%,72.24%,B/C值分别由 1.03,1.04,3.706 提高为1.35,1.35,5.15,为实际工程处理染料废水提供了科学依据.
Abstract
The design and efficiency of a personalized advanced oxidation(AOPs)-A/O process for dis-perse blue(DB),indigo(IB)and reactive red(RR)were simulated.The results showed that DB and IB were treated by sodium persulfate(PO)/Fenton(FO)process,and RR was treated by PO/ozone(OO)process.COD removal rate were 64.51%,64.49%,70.63%,and chroma removal rate were all above 98%.Then combined with A/O process,the temperature of A/O device is controlled T=30℃,anaerobic HRT=48 h,aerobic HRT=24 h(DO=6 mg/L),and the operating load is0.097 kg COD/(m3·d).The COD removal rate of DB,IB and RR were 89.39%,90.66%and 89.94%,the mineralization rate(ME)were 67.04%,85.97%and 72.24%,and the B/C values were increased from 1.03,1.04 and 3.706 to 1.35,1.35 and 5.15,respectively.It provides a scientific basis for practical engineering treat-ment of dye wastewater.
