粉煤灰基相变储热调湿材料的研究进展

粉煤灰因其良好的吸附性能,常用作相变材料的吸附载体。然而,其低导热性和有限的调温调湿性能阻碍了其应用和发展。介绍相变材料分类和特点,总结了粉煤灰的改性方法、粉煤灰基相变材料的储热特性、导热性能及调湿性能。采用高温煅烧、微波、酸洗碱浸及复合改性方法,可以提高粉煤灰的比表面积和孔隙率。碳基材料的加入有效提升了粉煤灰基复合材料导热率和储热性能。改性粉煤灰与无机矿物、有机高分子材料复合后,改善了其调温调湿性能。
Research progress of phase change materials for heat storage and humidity control based on fly ash
Fly ash is commonly used as the adsorption carrier of phase change materials because of its good adsorption performance.However,its low thermal conductivity and limited temperature and humidity control performance hinder its application and development.This paper introduces the classification and characteristics of PCM,summarizes the modification methods of fly ash,heat storage properties,thermal conductivity and humidity control properties of PCM based on fly ash.The specific surface area and poros-ity of fly ash can be increased by high temperature calcination,microwave,pickling and alkaline leaching and composite modification.The addition of carbon-based materials can effectively improve the thermal conductivity and heat storage performance of fly ash based composites.After the modified fly ash is com-bined with inorganic mineral and organic polymer material,the temperature and humidity regulating prop-erties are improved.
