铬渣是金属铬和铬盐生产过程中产生的危险固体废弃物,其成分复杂且具有强毒性,需对其进行无害化处理以缓解对周边环境的污染。介绍了现行铬盐生产工艺,详细剖析不同铬盐生成工艺产生铬渣的成分及其相关物化特性,并结合其矿物特征,罗列了干法、湿法、微生物、固化/稳定铬渣解毒处置的优劣势,总结了工艺组合带来的成本降低、药剂利用率提高等优势,阐述了现行铬渣重点发展方向——还原剂优化,探究不同行业废弃物潜在还原能力,实现"以废治废"的新理念,以期探索一条高效、绿色、价廉的铬渣无害化处理道路。
Research progress in harmless treatment of chromium slag
Chromium slag is a dangerous solid waste,which mainly comes from the process of chromium and chromium salt production.It has the characteristics of complex composition and high toxicity,which needs to be treated harmlessly to alleviate the pollution to the surrounding environment.Introduced the present chromium salt production technology,analyzed the composition and related physicochemical char-acteristics of chromium slag produced by different chromium salt production processes in detail;combined with their mineral characteristics;listed the advantages and disadvantages of dry method,wet method,mi-crobial method,chromium slag curing/stabilizing detoxification treatment;summarized the advantages brought by the combination of process,like cost reduction,pharmaceutical utilization and other advanta-ges.This paper expounds the current key development direction of chromium slag——the optimization of reducing agent in the harmless treatment of chromium slag.Exploring the potential reducing capacity of waste in different industries realizes the new idea of"treating waste with waste".In order to explore an ef-ficient,green and inexpensive harmless treatment road of chromium slag.
