摘要
简述了低共熔溶剂(DES)预处理对木质纤维中半纤维素、木质素、纤维素的选择性溶解和分离效果;基于半纤维素、木质素、纤维素的相互结合方式和结构特征,对比叙述了包括羧酸、多元醇、酰胺、三元及多元DES等不同DES预处理的优势及其对于木质纤维组分尤其是半纤维素和木质素的特异性影响,及其对后续酶水解的增益效果.总结了行业内已有的DES预处理在实现木质纤维各组分分离的基础上的其他用途,并展望了DES预处理可能为木质纤维高值化应用前景起到的基础性作用.
Abstract
Compared with the typical pretreatment methods of lignocelluloses,deep eutectic solvent(DES)pretreatment efficiently overcomes the recalcitrance of woody biomass.This article reviewed the effects of DES pretreatment on hemicellulose,lignin,and cellulose in lignocelluloses,and introduced the specific effects of different DES pretreatment methods,including carboxylic acid,polyol,amide,ternary,and multi-variate DES,on the woody biomass.Their promotional effects on the subsequent enzymatic hydrolysis were introduced as well.Finally,this study also summarized and anticipated the future directions of the devel-opment of DES pretreatment for the utilization of lignocelluloses and its potential use to produce high-val-ue products.
