Process optimization and performance evaluation of bidirectional plugging agent system for high water cut oil wells
In response to the problem of poor recovery efficiency in oil fields entering the stage of medium to high water content development, this paper proposes the use of a composite ion type plugging agent for bidirectional plugging experiments. The performance of the plugging agent was evaluated based on the vis-cosity change of the plugging agent solution, and the process parameters were optimized through indoor core displacement experiments. The results show that the system can withstand temperatures up to 70℃,salt up to 100 g/L,and has good sealing performance.Under certain conditions, when the crack width is 0.5 mm,it can bear pressure of 19.49 MPa,and when the permeability of the rock core is 100 mD,it can bear pressure of 15.16 MPa.This plugging agent system can meet the requirements of bidirectional plug-ging technology and provide strong technical support for further improving oil recovery.
