预结焦对ZSM-5催化剂MTP反应性能的影响

使用甲醇、1-己烯、甲醇和水作为预结焦原料,采用不同的反应参数(温度和时间)制备了各种预结焦催化剂,运用程序升温化学吸附仪、元素分析仪、热重分析仪对预结焦催化剂的物化性质进行表征,运用催化剂性能评价装置对催化剂在MTP反应中的活性进行评价.结果表明,预结焦改性对ZSM-5 催化剂的酸性位破坏较小,可以保持催化剂的高活性,5%甲醇溶液预结焦改性的催化剂经高温蒸汽处理(480℃)后,在MTP反应中表现出较好的抗积炭能力,丙烯的选择性达到42%.
The effect of pre coking on the MTP reaction performance of ZSM-5 catalyst
Various pre coking catalysts were prepared using methanol,1-hexene,methanol,and water as pre coking raw materials with different reaction parameters(temperature and time).The physicochemical properties of the pre coking catalysts were characterized using a temperature programmed chemical ad-sorption analyzer,elemental analyzer,and thermogravimetric analyzer.The activity of the catalysts in the MTP reaction was evaluated using a catalyst performance evaluation device.The results showed that pre coking modification had less damage to the acidic sites of ZSM-5 catalyst and could maintain its high ac-tivity.The catalyst pre coking modified with 5%methanol solution showed good anti coking ability in MTP reaction after high-temperature steam treatment(480℃),and the selectivity of propylene reached 42%.
