辽河油田高含油污泥的热化学清洗脱油研究

将辽河油田高含油污泥通过热化学清洗法脱油,通过表面活性剂的筛选和复配,以正交实验法得出含油污泥高效清洗剂的最佳配比,并探索出最佳实验条件。在洗涤温度为80℃,搅拌时间40 min,液固比3∶1,搅拌速度160 r/min左右,清洗剂各组分总质量分数为2。9%的条件下,采用溶剂萃取-重量法测定处理后含油污泥中含油率降至3。17%,说明此热化学清洗法非常有效,由于清洗出的原油可以回收,且以低液固比进行清洗,清洗剂能够重复利用,因此本方法不仅减少了油泥对环境的危害,而且做到了既经济又环保。
Study on the deoiling of high oil content sludge in Liaohe oilfield by thermochemical cleaning
The high content oily sludge from Liaohe oilfield is treated by thermochemical cleaning.Through the screening and compounding of surfactants,the best ratio of high efficiency cleaning agent for oily sludge is obtained by orthogonal experiment,and the best experimental condition is explored.Under the conditions of washing temperature of 80℃,stirring time of 40 min,liquid-solid ratio of 3∶1,stirring speed of about160 r/min,with the cleaning agent whose total mass fraction of all components is 2.9%,after treatment,the oil rate of oily sludge dropped to 3.17%determined by solvent extraction-Gravimetric method,so the chemical cleaning method is very effective,because the crude oil being cleaned can be recycled,and cleaning is carried out with low ratio of liquid to solid,cleaning agent can be reused,so this method not only reduces the harm of sludge to the environment,and achieve both economic benefits and environmental protection.
